Last Edit, hopefully: I just thought you'd like to see the different color cast. Please don't kill me... Someone needs to lock my pictures away from me so I don't keep overfiltering... I did think the over-warm palette from before made it look really cheesy, though. Let me know if you saw the earlier version and can compare them.
*Also removed the noise filter.
I really liked The Avengers. Like everyone else, I got Loki'd, but also Iron Manned. And Flying Fish Shipped.
To those I owe commissions: don't worry, I haven't forgotten. I just wanted to de-stress. Attempt at background devolved into shiny lights because I got lazy.
More creativity next time!

Technique ImpactHello!
Unfortunately I didn't look at the previous version, so I will review this artwork.
I like the palette you chose for Loki and for background behind him. The colors create the strong feeling of presence in the celestial realm; I like the soft lines that look like the wind. In one word: the picture is great, especially for the complex genre such as portrait!
But.
I can notice the unbalanced light-shadow model on his face. Where is the source of the strong white light? Is it on the right hand? If so, the left side of his face should be more darkly from the ear to the chin. Take a look at the left side of his jacket. It's dark and it's correct.
If the source of the light is straight front of him, then his left cheek and left side of the jacket should be brighter.
